This is one of my favorite senior portrait sessions! Scotlynn’s coloring and that black dress against the gorgeous PNW fall backdrop is just everything. Just as a heads up for those wanting photos like this…it can be tricky to time the leaves changing for portraits. The timing changes year-to-year and we also have to deal with weather challenges. For example, this session was shot in November and it was NOT the best weather that day. You can see in sone of the shots that the ground was pretty wet and although it wasn’t raining during our session, it was cold outside. She was a trooper and we worked QUICKLY to make this magic happen.
