Miss Ainsley rocked an adorable caramel colored cotton dress for part of her senior portrait session, which we shot in a beautiful wooded area. The light was perfect for creating an earthy and moody look.

Salem Oregon Senior Portrait Photographer - mini session at a bookstore!
Joseph loves to read and asked if we could do a few shots at The Book Bin, in downtown Salem. He got an immediate yes from me, of course!
Salem Oregon Senior Photographer - colorful urban portraits with Ember!
By colorful, I’m obviously referring to her hair….with which I’m obsessed! Anywho, these photos are long overdue, as Ember graduated a couple of years ago. She is now a hairdresser, specializing in vibrant hair color!
Salem Oregon Senior Portraits - downtown mini session with Joseph!
Oregon Coast Senior Portrait Photographer - cannon beach session, in b&w!
This is one of my favorite spots to do senior portraits at the Oregon Coast. Yes, this location looks stunning in color, but I love these dramatic black & white images too.
Salem Oregon Senior Portrait Photographer - mini session with Makayla (Class of 2023)
I’m a sucker for a sundress and jean jackets with cowgirl boots, so when Makayla showed up in this adorable outfit, I was thrilled. We shot this mini session at a park near my house, which gave us a little bit of greenery AND a little bit of fall color, plus a variety of backgrounds.
Salem Oregon Senior Portrait Photographer - Kyle, Class of 2022
Yes, I realize the Class of 2023 just graduated, but here we are. Anyway, Kyle’s family lives on gorgeous property, just outside of Salem, which made the perfect location for his session. We also did a few photos at his high school one beautiful Fall morning.
Congrats to Kyle, who just finished his first year of college at Grand Canyon University!
Salem Oregon Senior Photographer - Emily, Class of 2021
Emily was so much fun to work with! I hadn’t seen her since she was in elementary school (her older sister was classmates with my oldest son and they did some extracurriculars together), so I was a bit taken aback at how grown up she was. This adorable senior brought some great outfits (and shoes) to her session, which we did this past June. Although these photos are not yearbook candidates (the deadline was long past), she wanted to do some last minute portraits, to document her upcoming graduation. We met up at my studio and walked around to nearby locations, including Riverfront park, an empty dock, the new pedestrian bridge, Minto Brown Park, and of course, downtown. For the last few shots, we took a short drive over to Deepwood Museum & Gardens, which never disappoints.
