I love bridal boudoir sessions! Did you know that it doesn’t have to be done BEFORE the wedding? Occasionally a bride will book a boudoir shoot months, or even years, after tying the knot. It’s a great way to celebrate an anniversary, or it can just be less stressful to wait until you aren’t in the middle of wedding planning!

If I am being honest, I don’t necessarily hate that my old website crashed. My new web host and website are both so much easier to deal with now. I also love that it gives me an excuse to re-blog some of my favorite sessions, like this one! This was a really fun shoot with some experimentation that paid off.

I love working with this beauty. It had been a few years since I photographed her and she tried to “warn” me that she’d gained weight, but I wasn’t about to listen to any of that. She’s drop dead gorgeous (and she’s an incredible human being too), end of story. Also, can we talk about how jealous I am of her legs?! (note to self: You have GOT to start doing squats.) Anyway, we shot this in a gorgeous custom home that serves as a vacation rental through airbnb. I can’t decide which is more stunning…the architecture or the light. Okay, just kidding…I’m a photographer, so I choose the light, BUT the house really is amazing.
